Uniform Assessment Calendar

PURPOSE:

To revise the uniform assessment calendar template that is incorporated in this Rule to reflect current statutory requirements.

SUMMARY:

In 2022, Senate Bill 2524 required the Florida Department of Education to collect specified testing time data from school districts and annually report on such data to the Governor and Legislature through January 1, 2025. The proposed rule removes data collection sections in the template that are no longer needed now that the reporting requirement is complete.
