6A-23.008

Complaints

PURPOSE:

This rule sets forth the process by which affected persons may submit complaints concerning registered apprenticeship programs not complying with required standards. The effect of the amendment is to update the State Plan for Equal Employment Opportunity in Registered Apprenticeship Training which is incorporated by reference, and governs complaints related to discrimination and other equal opportunity matters.

SUMMARY:

This updates the State Plan for Equal Employment Opportunity in Registered Apprenticeship Training which is incorporated by reference.
