Enrollment and Reporting for School Districts for Students in Career Certificate and Applied Technology Diploma Programs

PURPOSE:

To specify requirements for school district enrollment of students and reporting of instructional hours for postsecondary career certificate and applied technology diploma (ATD) programs, for the use of these instructional hours in the district workload funding model required in s. 1011.80, F.S.

SUMMARY:

This rule includes instructional hours reporting requirements for school districts which offer career certificate and applied technology diploma programs. The rule includes key definitions, the parameters for instructional hours reporting, and special circumstances related to reporting. The rule would take effect for reporting of enrollment for the fall term of 2026.
