NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 08, 2011, the Board of Hearing Aid Specialists, received a petition for waiver or variance filed by Susan Cuttler, seeking a waiver of the requirements of Rule 64B6-8.003, Florida Administrative Code. The Petitioner seeks a waiver of the requirement that the training program must be completed before the applicant may sit for the examination.
