The Tampa Bay Water Regional Water Supply Authority announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Pursuant to Section 2.04 of the Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement, one or more Board Members may participate in the meeting by telephone conference call.
A Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held to approve a resolution regarding refinancing of the Swaptions (temporary debt instruments) and to consider any other matters that may come before the Board.
