The Agency for Health Care Administration has received an application for emergency service exemptions from Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center, 40100 US Hwy. 27 N., Davenport, FL 33837, pursuant to Section 395.1041(3), Florida Statutes and Rule 59A-3.255, Florida Administrative Code. The hospital is requesting emergency service exemptions for Urology & Otolaryngology. Comments received within 15 days of publication will be considered by the Agency prior to making a determination of exemption status.
