NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Tatiana B. Yaques, Esq., on behalf of Seawinds Property Owners Association, Inc., Docket No.: 2011033321, on July 1, 2011. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 718.111(7), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
Whether under Section 718.111(7), Florida Statutes, Seawinds Property Association, Inc. must have 75% unit owner approval to enter into a lease of real property.
