GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Financial Services Commission, Office of Insurance Regulation will be holding an additional public hearing to consider revisions to Form OIR-B1-1802 “Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form”, which is incorporated by reference in Rule 69O-170.0155, F.A.C. The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking was originally published on May 27, 2011 in Vol. 37, No. 21 of the Florida Administrative Weekly.
