GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To continue discussion regarding development of draft legislation on the delegation of professional responsibilities issue and work on the proposed survey for review by the full Board during the September 23 Board Quorum Conference Call. In addition, the Legislative Committee will discuss information recently received regarding Rule 64B19-18.007, F.A.C., requirements for Forensic PY Evaluations of minors for the purpose of addressing custody, residence, or visitation disputes.
