PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The statutes authorizing and implementing Rules 69H-3.001 through 69H-3.009, F.A.C., were repealed in Chapter 2005-207, Laws of Florida, effective July 1, 2005. As a result, there is no longer a need for the Division of Risk Management of the Department of Financial Services to maintain rules providing for the adjustment of claims for losses which are covered by an indemnity agreement made pursuant to the provisions of Sections 265.51-.56, Florida Statutes. The Department does not have specific authority or rulemaking authority for rulemaking regarding the Florida Art and Artifacts Indemnity Program, and therefore Rules 69H-3.001 through 69H-3.009, F.A.C., are being repealed.
