64E-6.013: Construction Materials and Standards for Treatment Receptacles

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 04, 2011, the Department of Health, received a petition for waiver from Donald Bach, representing Norweco, Inc. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a waiver from paragraphs 64E-6.013(2)(a) and (2)(f), Florida Administrative Code, which require that treatment receptacles shall have no vertical seams and that the inlet and outlet devices shall be in accordance with ASTM C 923-98.
