The Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Assessment and Restoration Support announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To present information and receive public comments on possible revisions to Chapters 62-302 and 62-303, F.A.C., regarding numeric nutrient standards for Florida’s surface waters. Please note that the Department has not made a final decision on whether to proceed to rulemaking at this time. These public workshops are a follow-up to public meetings held on June 14, June 16, July 27, and August 3, 2011. The meetings will not include discussion of dissolved oxygen analyses, which may be addressed at later public meetings.
