Highlands Avenue, Sebring, FL 33870, pursuant to Section 395.1041(3), Florida Statutes and Rule 59A-3.255, Florida Administrative Code. The hospital is requesting an emergency service exemption for Oral/Maxillo-facial Surgery, Ophthalmology, Hematology, & Endocrinology. Comments received within 15 days of publication will be considered by the Agency prior to making a determination of exemption status.
