Anthony Peek vs. Florida Parole Commission; Rule 23-21.0155, F.A.C. By order dated September 28, 2011, the Commission denied the Petition to Initiate Rulemaking filed by Inmate Peek finding that the requested repeal would be inconsistent with Florida Supreme Court case law and the statute.
