Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 37 No. 38, September 23, 2011 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The following statement of legislative ratification was omitted and should be added to the Notice:

The agency has determined that the proposed rule repeal will not require legislative ratification pursuant to Section 120.541(3), F.S., as the repeal will not directly or indirectly increase regulatory costs based upon a preliminary economic review of the rule.
