NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 03, 2011, the Department of Health, received a petition for Petitioner’s Name: St. Petersburg College
Rule No.: paragraph 64J-1.020(1)(c), F.A.C.
Nature of the rule for which variance or waiver is sought: The rule relates to field experience for paramedic training programs and states, “Paramedic training programs may be allowed up to 20% of the field internship experience to be done aboard an advanced life support permitted vehicle other than an ambulance.”
