Allen, Jr., Petitioner, In re: Legacy Dunes Condominium Association, Inc., Docket No. 2011049302, filed on October 7, 2011. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 718.112(2)(f), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
Whether Legacy Dunes Condominium Association, Inc. must amend its bylaws to adopt a pooling method for reserve accounts under Section 718.112(2)(f), Florida Statutes.
