The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: NAME OF THE PETITIONER: COLONIAL LAKES APARTMENTS, LTD, et al DATE PETITION WAS FILED: September 14, 2011. RULE NUMBER AND NATURE OF THE RULE FROM WHICH THE WAIVER OR VARIANCE IS SOUGHT: Rule 67-48.027, F.A.C., which prohibits submitting an Application for Housing Credits to Florida Housing, until after tax exempt bonds have been issued to the Development and subsection 67-48.0072(10), F.A.C., which requires the Credit Underwriter to review and determine whether there will be a negative impact to Guarantee Fund Developments within the primary market area or within five miles of the proposed Development.
