The Florida Department of Transportation announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.
DATE AND TIME: November 15, 2011, 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
PLACE: Jones Road Baptist Church, 2506 Jones Road, Jacksonville, Florida
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This workshop is being held to afford interested persons the opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, social, economic and environmental effects of Financial Project ID: 212379-1, otherwise known as the Jones Road Bridge Replacement Project. The new bridge will consist of two 12 foot travel lanes and 10 foot shoulders. During the construction of this new bridge, the roadway will be closed to through traffic and a detour route will be established. The proposed improvements will require minimal right of way. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability or family status.
