Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 37 No. 21, May 27, 2011 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

Form OIR-B1-1802 “Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form” has been revised to reflect comments submitted at the public hearing. The revised form is available from the contact person, Michael Milnes at Michael.milnes@floir.com.
