SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS AND LEGISLATIVE RATIFICATION: The District has determined that this amendment will not have an adverse impact on small business and is not likely to directly or indirectly increase regulatory costs by more than $200,000 within one year of taking effect. A SERC has not been prepared by the District. Based on the fact that the rule amendment simply facilitates the electronic sharing of information between the parties, clarifies the responsibilities of the parties, and increases standardization among the water well delegation agreements, the District has determined that no SERC is required and that no legislative ratification pursuant to subsection 120.541(3), F.S. is required. Any person who wishes to provide information regarding the statement of estimated regulatory costs or to provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.
