69K-17.0036: Course Required for Initial Licensure and Registration.
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: This proposed rule provision specifies criteria for approval of a communicable disease course that is taken to satisfy a requirement for initial or renewal licensure under Chapter 497, F.S. This proposed rule was approved by the Board of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services at its monthly meeting on January 6, 2011.
