The Indian River Lagoon National Estuary Program invites all interested parties to submit project proposals for consideration in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the 2013 Work Plan Request for Project Proposals. Project Proposals shall be accepted until 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), Friday, January 20, 2012.
