NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS FOR PERMIT COVERAGE
UNDER THE STATE’S GENERIC PERMIT FOR MS4’S
The Department announces receipt of application for permit coverage under the Generic Permit for Discharge of Stormwater from Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems from the Florida Department of Transportation, District Six. The application is being processed and is available for public inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at the Department of Environmental Protection in Tallahassee, Florida.
Any comments related to noticed application, or objections to the use of the Generic Permit by any of the noticed applicants must be received by the Department within 14 days from the date of this notice.
