FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE

CITY OF LAKE ALFRED, FLORIDA

The Department of Environmental Protection has determined that City of Lake Alfred’s proposed sewer infill project consisting of providing sanitary sewer service to three separate areas that are currently not being served will not have a significant adverse affect on the environment. The total construction cost is estimated at $2,860,140. The project is expected to qualify for a Small Community Wastewater Construction Grant and State Revolving Fund Loan composed of federal and state matching funds. Public comment must be received at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
