NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 09, 2011, the South Florida Water Management District (“District”), received a petition for waiver from Florida Department of Transportation, Application No. 11-1209-1M, for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as C-103N, for the proposed installation of a light pole within Lands of the District; Section 33, Township 56 South, Range 39 East, Miami-Dade County. The petition seeks relief from subsections 40E-6.011(4), (6) and paragraph 40E-6.221(2)(j), Florida Administrative Code, which governs the placement of permanent and/or semi-permanent above-ground structures within 40 feet of the top of canal bank within Works or Lands of the District.
