GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The opening of proposals in response to the Request for Proposals for Haitian Relief Services for Haitian Medical Evacuees in Hillsborough & Pinellas Counties (RFP #12K11BS1), as provided for in Section 2.5 of the RFP published on the Vendor Bid System (VBS) on December 15, 2011.
