The purpose of the hearing is to take oral evidence and argument with respect to Progress Energy Florida, Inc.’s (PEF) Petition for Limited Proceeding to Approve Stipulation and Settlement Agreement, filed January 20, 2012, in Docket No. 120022-EI, and for such other purposes as the Commission may deem appropriate. The Commission may rule on PEF’s Petition or any other pending matters from the bench or may take the matters under advisement. The Commission’s decision in this matter may result in an increase to customers’ rates. The Commission’s decision may also affect the dockets listed above.
