The Petitioner does not state in her request from which rule the Petitioner seeks the Variance or Waiver. However, it appears the Petitioner is seeking a permanent waiver or variance of Rule 61G4-16.005, F.A.C., limiting the period a passing grade is valid for purposes of certification to 4 years.
