NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 20, 2012, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for waiver from Centurylink for a Right-of-Way Occupancy Permit, Application No. 12-0307-1, for utilization of Works or Lands of the District, known as the Miller Canal, for a proposed aerial powerline crossing located approximately 40' north of the centerline of the 28th Avenue S.W. bridge lying in within Section 30, Township 49 South, Range 28 East, Collier County. The petition seeks relief from paragraph 40E-6.221(2)(j), Florida Administrative Code, which governs the minimum vertical clearance of aerial installations within Works or Lands of the District.
