The American Guaranty Fund Group is issuing a Request for Proposal for trustee services for the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association (FIGA) and Florida Insurance Assistance Interlocal Agency (FIAIA). The FIAIA was created to act as the conduit bond issuer authorized by Section 631.695, Florida Statutes. The detailed scope of trustee services is included in the RFP document.
