PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Rule 69W-500.004, F.A.C., is to be amended to strike subparagraphs (1)(a), (b), and (c), which are redundant of statutes. Rule 69W-500.007, F.A.C., is to be amended to define general solicitation or general advertising to include electronic media other than television or radio. Rule 69W-500.013, F.A.C., is to be amended to strike ssubsection (5), as this provision is unnecessary.
