PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the rules are to set forth requirements regarding a participant’s apparel, bandages, handwraps, gloves, mouthpiece, and appearance during a match, records requirements, and disciplinary matters for professional boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts matches held in the state of Florida.
