The Administration Commission will consider repeal of Chapter 28-32 and associated rules addressing land planning regulations for the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern - City of Layton. Rule Chapter 28-32 and associated rules have been superseded by an updated plan and rendered obsolete.
