NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 17, 2012, the the Department of Health, Advisory Council on Medical Physicists, received a petition for Emergency Temporary Three Year Waiver of Florida Administrative Code Rule Number 64B23-2.001, Qualifications for Licensure, sub section (2) waiver of official documentation of board certification.

Nature of the rule for which variance or waiver is sought: The rule is a Department rule that implements section 483.901 (6) F.S. by requiring a Board Certification certificate to be provided to the Department as part of an application for licensure as a medical physicist.
