Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 38 No. 33, August 17, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The full Board of Directors approved the rules noticed in the August 17, 2012 issued of the Florida Administrative Weekly. 

 

The Agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein:  There is no cost to the applicant to fill out the Hardest Hit Fund application. The amount of time they expend to complete the form and any economic impact on filers is nominal. Any costs of administering the program are absorbed by Florida Housing.
