Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 38 No. 23, June 8, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

73B-20.005 Time for Filing Appeal.

(1) The appeal shall be filed within 20 calendar days of the date the determination or redetermination was mailed to the appellant’s last known address or, in the absence of mailing, the date of delivery to the appellant.
