PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To update the rules.
SUMMARY: The retired status fee of $50.00 is to be located in new Rule 64B24-3.017, F.A.C.

Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.
