The property is located in Palm Beach County, Section 7, Township 41 South, Range 43 East, at 139 Clipper Lane, Jupiter, FL 33477. The petition seeks relief from provisions in subsection 40E-24.201(6), Florida Administrative Code, which states that irrigation of existing landscaping shall be conducted on specific days, pursuant to Section 120.542, Fla. Stat.
