NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Office of Financial Regulation (“Office”) has received the petition for declaratory statement from has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Endeavor Capital South, LLC on June 27, 2012.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of The petitioner requested the Office’s opinion as to the application of sections 494.001 and 494.00115, Florida Statutes, to the activities of Endeavor Capital South, LLC and specifically whether it is required to apply for and obtain a Florida Mortgage Lender License. as it applies to the petitioner.
The Office’s Order, filed September 25, 2012, issues a declaratory statement that based on the facts set forth in the Petition, Petitioner is not required to be licensed as a Mortgage Lender pursuant to Chapter 494, Florida Statutes (2012).
