GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: General business of the committee and regional hazardous materials planning and training issues. Preceding the LEPC meeting will be the Nominations and Planning Subcommittee meetings at 9:00 AM CDT. Additional Subcommittee meetings will be held via teleconference on Nov. 8th.
