NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 18, 2012, the Board of Othotists and Prosthetists, received a petition for Magnus Baptiste, seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 64B14-4.110, Florida Administrative Code, asking the board to waive the educational requirements.
