NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 09, 2012, the Department of Transportation, received a petition for Variance or Waiver from Keith and Associates, Inc. Based on the Director of Landscape Architecture’s educational background and 15 years of pre-registration experience, a waiver of Rule 14-75.003, F.A.C., and requirement of at least 5 years post-registration experience in landscape architecture projects for qualification in Group 15, Landscape Architecture is being requested.
