PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Commission proposes the amendment to Rule 41-2.007 to delete unnecessary language and to add new language to clarify how the financial management documents can be obtained. The Commission proposes the amendment to Rule 41-2.013 to delete language regarding establishment of a reserve and emergency fund because of legislative appropriations.
