Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol.32,No.03, January 20, 2006 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

This change is made to address oral comments submitted at the public hearing held on February 14, 2006. Rule 59G-8.100, F.A.C., incorporates by reference the Agency for Health Care Administration Payment Methodology for Participating Medicaid Managed Health Care Plans.

1. Addition of the word average to term weighted rate in accordance with 409.9124, F.S. on page 2 and page 8 of the Payment Methodology for Participating Medicaid Managed Health Care Plans.
