NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 09, 2013, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Seminole Garden Apartments. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1b, Section 8.6.5.8, as adopted by 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code that requires upgrading the elevators safety bulkhead which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
