The property is located in Palm Beach County, Section 1, Township 47 South, Range 42 East, at 951 Yamato Road, Boca Raton, FL 33431. The petition seeks relief from provisions in subsections 40E-24.201(5)(a) and 40E-24.201(6)(a), Florida Administrative Code, which states that irrigation of existing landscaping shall be conducted at specific times on specific days, pursuant to Section 120.542, Fla. Stat.
