NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-13-032 on April 5, 2013, in response to an application submitted by Countryside Farms of Ocala Homeowners Association, Inc., for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.   The Department determined that the application met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization.  Accordingly, the Department’s Final Order approved the application for covenant revitalization.  A copy of the final order may be obtained by writing to Miriam Snipes, Agency Clerk, Department of Economic Opportunity, 107 E.
