NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Board of Psychology hereby gives notice that on March 21, 2006 has received the petition for declaratory statement from Gregory S. DeClue.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Petitioner’s qualifications to evaluate and treat sex offenders in Florida relative to references to “Qualified Practitioner” found in Chapters 947 and 948, Florida Statutes. as it applies to the petitioner.
