NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida has received the petition for declaratory statement from In Re: Petition for Declaratory Statement, Aloha Kai Condominium Association, Docket No. 2006014351.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Aloha Kai Association, Inc. and Aloha Kai Vacation Rentals, Inc. are required under section 719.104(3), Florida Statutes, and its governing documents to provide property, casualty, fire and flood insurance on individual units within the cooperative as it applies to the petitioner.
